Right Eye Mentoring Programme

The Right Eye Training is pleased to announced that we have been asked to support the development and implementation of a Mentoring Programme for a large public listed company in Malaysia.

At the moment we are in the midst of developing what we consider to be a powerful mentoring framework which will include the following:

- Mentee Outcome Management
- Mentor/Mentee Relationship Management
- Tools and Guidelines
- Intervention Programmes

The Mentor Development Programme will include both training modules as well as consultancy. The powerful Right Eye Training Programme Me & My Life will be used as the foundation of not only the mentee development but also in equipping the mentor for their task.

We are excited about developing the Mentoring Programme as this is a new area for us and allows us to exercise a lot of creativity and innovativeness.
