About Reza Ali

For a number of years Reza worked as a Corporate Legal Counsel in one of the leading Fortune 500 companies in Asia. Always looking to add more value to humanity, he left the company and the law to work in a smaller company in the area of operations and sales, where he was part of a turnaround and transformation team leading business operations.

After some personal and financial setbacks, he attended the Excellerated Business School for Entrepreneurs. The programme changed his life and he began to make changes to improve his life. People around him were noticing the changes and the results and they began to ask him to share what he went through as well as to get guidance and support. After attending Excellerated’s Instructor Training Programme, he began to share his experiences and learnings on stage, speaking to audiences from as few as 5 to as many as several
hundreds.

Reza has a unique way of using his own life experiences and sharing them in a way that audiences can relate and learn from. Audiences and participants are always left with some solid learnings which they can implement in their own lives immediately. Reza’s programmes are designed around accelerated learning that involves games and activities to illustrate principles and learnings.

Reza is also an accomplished photographer and has traveled extensively to pursue his love for capturing life images.

He has trained and consulted for major companies in Malaysia such as PETRONAS, Sime Darby, MISC Berhad, TM Berhad and Affin Investment Bank. His areas of expertise are personal transformation, leadership, dynamic high performing teams, communication and change management.
